Lauren Horton on Psychology Today

There’s a lot going on in the world, and a lot going on in our lives. It can be overwhelming! If you’re struggling, you owe it to yourself and those around you to take steps toward change. Life can be a balancing act; talking with a person who will actively listen, getting support, and identifying help can make a difference.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and allows you to enhance your strengths, incorporate small and healthy changes which act as steps toward reaching your “big picture” goals.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. Keep in mind that I am not an expert on your life, you are! I consider it an honor to be a component in a person’s growth toward wellness and healing. Please reach out to me for more information, to ask questions, or find out how to schedule an appointment.

Connect Counseling is here to support you during the COVID-19 pandemic.
