There’s a lot going on in the world, and a lot going on in our lives. It can be overwhelming! If you’re struggling, you owe it to yourself and those around you to take steps toward change. Life can be a balancing act; talking with a person who will actively listen, getting support, and identifying help can make a difference.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and allows you to enhance your strengths, incorporate small and healthy changes which act as steps toward reaching your “big picture” goals.
