
I specialize in compassionate counseling for those who live with personality disorders, eating disorders, career exploration and changes, and grief and loss. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with deep emotional pain and hopelessness, complicated grief, or the weight of anxiety and self-doubt. If you’re navigating the challenges of a personality disorder, wrestling with the fear of death and loss, or feeling trapped in an unhealthy relationship with food, you don’t have to face it alone.
I create a trust-based relationship, which is the foundation of healing. Within this relationship, I use a compassion-based approach and I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care and understanding.
