Jeff Tineo, MA, LAPC
Counselor
You may be someone who feels stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in your life. You might be carrying questions about substance use, identity, purpose, or how your past continues to shape your present, even when you are motivated to move forward. You want clarity, self-understanding, and a space where you can explore yourself honestly without judgment.
I work from a collaborative, client-centered approach that focuses on the present while still understanding how past experiences impact who you are today. Using motivational interviewing (MI) and existential therapy, I help clients ask deeper questions, explore meaning, and take practical steps towards change.
Therapy with me is a shared process where motivation and taking small, consistent actions are used together to support growth. My role is to offer a safe space where you can explore parts of yourself that may feel difficult to face alone. If you are ready to better understand yourself and engage in meaningful change, I invite you to reach out.
