You change within your family, your workplace, your relationships, and your community. So we start with your full picture: your history, your family patterns, and the events that shaped you.
From there we help you understand your patterns and practice new ways of relating, both within yourself and with the people around you. Sometimes that means individual sessions. Sometimes it means bringing a partner, a parent, or a whole family into the room.

When you need us most
Support doesn't stop at the end of a session.
Between sessions
Every client gets their counselor's direct phone line. Your counselor, or a colleague, is on call for support between appointments.
In crisis
Your safety comes first. We help you through the crisis, then work to understand what happened so it's less likely to happen again.
In immediate danger? Call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
New Footing · D&A Evaluations
A court or probation evaluation, done with you.
You see it first. You decide if or where it goes.
Over three to four meetings, one of our evaluators gets to know you and your situation. We finish by reviewing the recommendations together: counseling, a higher level of care, or nothing further. You choose the next step.
