Individual Counseling

Understanding Your Patterns

Maybe you feel stuck. Anxious. Depressed. Disconnected. Or maybe you’re not quite sure what’s wrong, but you know something needs to change.

Individual counseling is about working toward understanding your patterns—where they come from, how they show up in your relationships and work—and learning to relate differently to the systems around you.

How It Works

We start with your full picture.

Your History — Medical history, psychological patterns, and social context. We see how these interact and reinforce each other.

Your Family Patterns — How you learned to relate to others, what patterns repeat across generations, unspoken family rules.

Your Story — The key events and relationships that shaped who you are.

From there, we work toward understanding what might need to shift within you and what might need to shift in your systems. Then we explore what meaningful change could look like for you.

What We Can Help With

Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, substance use, identity questions, self-esteem, and much more
