All fees for services at Connect Counseling are ultimately the client’s responsibility. We will expect a debit/credit card on file or have payment arrangements made with your counselor prior to your first meeting. All of our counselors will discuss a sliding scale if they do not accept your insurance. If your counselor does accept your insurance, we will facilitate the claims and you will only be responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance or your deductible. Since insurance coverage is variable, there is no full guarantee any/all services will be covered. It is requested that you contact your insurance company to make sure you understand your policy and how it works.
