We believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting help. Here’s how we work with you on fees.
Initial Evaluation: $200 (60+ minutes)
Your first session is a comprehensive assessment. Your counselor will ask about your history and situation, listen carefully, and present their initial thoughts. Our Approach & Services
Counseling Sessions: $175 (53+ minutes)
Individual, couples, and family counseling sessions follow your initial evaluation. The pace and frequency are determined together.
Insurance & Payment
We Accept Insurance. We work with many plans including all Blue Cross/Blue Shield entities, Aetna, UPMC, and CHIP. When you call, ask which plans we accept. If out-of-network, we’ll prepare a superbill for reimbursement.
We Can Help You Understand Insurance. When you call Michael at 717.209.2357, ask us to help you understand your policy.
Payment Methods. We accept all major payment methods. You’ll set up payment information at your first session.
Sliding Scale (No Insurance)
We work with clients without insurance on a sliding scale basis. When you call Michael, ask about this—we can work something out.
Specialty Services
D&A Evaluation Package: $750. Includes 3-4 clinical evaluation hours, debriefing of findings, and a written letter. An expedited process may incur an extra charge. D&A Evaluation Package
