Shifting How You All Relate
Maybe one person gets labeled as “the problem.” Maybe everyone has a role that used to work but now keeps the family stuck.
Family counseling is about helping your whole family work toward seeing why those patterns exist and how to change them together. When one person shifts, the whole system often has to respond—and that can create real change.
How It Works
We meet with different combinations of family members—sometimes everyone, sometimes subgroups—to work toward understanding your patterns and changing how you relate. Multiple counselors might work with different family members, all coordinating so the system moves as one.
What We Can Help With
Parent-child conflict, sibling dynamics, blended family adjustment, intergenerational patterns, behavioral issues, grief, addiction in the family system, LGBTQ+ identity and family acceptance, and more.
